We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before production begins. Since each piece is made on-demand, orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled. Email us at hello@atmanluxury.in to request cancellation.

Yes! COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India. A convenience fee of ₹50 is applicable for COD orders.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for most locations. Metro cities receive orders in 3-5 days, while remote areas may take 7-10 days. Each piece is made on-demand, so please allow 1-2 additional days for production.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on our website by visiting the Order Tracking page and entering your order number.

We offer a 7-day return window for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Yes! We offer one free size exchange per order, subject to availability. Email us at hello@atmanluxury.in with your order number and desired size to initiate an exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or bank account (for COD orders).

Shipping charges (₹99) and COD fees (₹50) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

GSM (Grams per Square Meter) measures fabric weight and thickness. Higher GSM means thicker, more durable fabric. Our tees are 240 GSM (2x thicker than average) and hoodies are 400 GSM (premium heavyweight fleece).

Our products have an intentionally relaxed, oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements based on Indian body types.

Machine wash cold with similar colors, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on prints. Following these care instructions will ensure your garment lasts for years.
