Return Policy
7-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Original Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
What Can Be Returned?
Eligible for Returns:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size received
- Quality issues (fabric defects, printing errors)
What Cannot Be Returned?
Not Eligible for Returns:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items ordered in wrong size by the customer (size exchanges may be available)
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return your order:
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@atmanluxury.in with your order number and reason for return
- Get Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization within 24-48 hours
- Pack Securely: Pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship It Back: Our logistics partner will pick up the package from your address (free pickup for defective items)
- Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders
Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders
Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when requesting a return.
📋 Important Notes
- • Shipping charges (₹99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- • COD convenience fee (₹50) is non-refundable
- • Please photograph any defects before returning for faster processing
- • Returns picked up from a different address may incur additional shipping charges
Size Exchange
Ordered the wrong size? We offer one free size exchange per order, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, email us at hello@atmanluxury.in with your order number and desired size.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before production begins.
To cancel, email us immediately at hello@atmanluxury.in with your order number. Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Note: Orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled.
